Centrum Multivitamin too large

Hi all, I don't think I ever had the guts to post here. Didn't feel comfortable before I reached goal, and after reaching goal I somehow was a little absent from OH.

I am 10 months out (hmm had to think about this one, I just stopped counting after reaching goal!) and there's something that's been annoying me for a while now. Right after surgery, I had chewable Centrum (which tastes terrible to me with that orangy artificial flavor) and then eventually went back to regular Centrum pills. But till this day, I still feel they're kind of large for my stomach and it's uncomfortable taking them.

Do you guys have any advice on what vitamin to take instead? As you can tell, I am picky about taste, size and also about the content (the vitamins content per se)!

What would you recommend instead? Answers much appreciated as I have to get new ones this week.

I can only take the chewable muti vitamins.  I now use the CVS brands.

If you have the sleeve, you have the guts... (ha, ha, a sleeve pun!)

Anyway, you can cut the Centrum in half. I am leary of chewables because most of them don't have potassium and selinium.

I used to do Centrum but switched to Celebrate capsules. Since they have no iron, I can spread them out over the course of the day easier than the Centrum and I take my iron separately. My labs were good with Centrum but they are better with the Celebrate.

I use the costco brand kids chewables. not fabulous but mutiple flavors (i avoid the grape until thats all thats left) but my numbers are good and they are inexpensive. i also hate swallowing big vitamin pills.   Diane

I use the CVS Senior Chewables. I really like them... they're berry flavor and not medicine-y. Pretty cheap, too. My doc suggested them!
