My Fit Foods

Has anyone in Houston, San Antonio or Dallas purchased meals from My Fit Foods?    I heard about them and heard they are great, high-quality meals.

Could be a good alternative to have for those who just hate to cook!   Or, if the rest of the family eats differently than the way we do after WLS.

The small portions have 3 oz protein, medium has 5 oz and the large has 7 oz. protein.
They are pre-cooked meals, ready to heat up.   Many of the meals are gluten free.   Different meals come with different things, many with veggies, some with rice or quinoa.

The smalls range from $4.75 for some breakfast items to $6.85 for lots of the lunches (more for salmon, etc.), and $10.25 - $12 for the large lunch or dinner meals.

And, you can stop by their store and buy one and heat it up there - good alternative for eating "on the run".

You can go to myfitfoods.com for a menu and nutritional info.

I would love to hear from anyone who has tried some of these.

Hi Paula!  I eat my fit foods all the time.  Love their breakfast as I can get two meals from the small size.  I get a little burned out on their menu but it is my go to place when I don't feel like cooking.
