Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday, 11/24

Surgery Date - June 12, 2009
Surgery Weight - 230 lbs
Goal Weight - 155 lbs
Preferred Range - 145 - 149 lbs
Today's Weight - 143.6 lbs

This is the weight I was when I met my sweet hubby!! I feel fantastic!!
