Congratulations, Mike! Sounds like everything went well. I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck YEARS ago (before vsg) and I remember being afraid to look at the areas, too. When I finally took off the bandages, I was shocked and horrified. I was swollen and had a road map of stitches and staples. Don't be surprised if you look and are upset by what you see. Things will change after the trauma of the surgery has subsided. LOL... I still have "corners" on my boobs on the inside!! But all in all, they turned out well! Again, congratulations and here's wishing you a speedy recovery!!

Glad to read your update! Speedy healing, and it's wonderful that your pain is well controlled. Rest up and post pics (if & when) you are comfortable!

Thanks for sharing in such detail, you give me a lot of hope
since you say the pain is managable. Congrats and take care of yourself. Keep us posted.
