Cacao nibs?

Anyone use cacao nibs in stuff? I just bought a bag a couple weeks ago and it is nice to chew on one or two nibs if I get a chocolate craving. I put some in a chili a week or so ago and it turned out really good. I also made an edamame lentil salad with cacao nibs and ff italian dressing. Very good. Just enough chocolate to make me happy without any guilt at all! I'm thinking of putting a few in a "pancake" or in a "protein muffin" from eggface's blog. So, I'm looking for more ideas of what to do with these... not many recipes out there, yet. If you've seen them used in something or have a recipe, post a link please!! Thanks!!
