Surgery Weight - 230 lbs 
Goal Weight - 155 lbs
Preferred Range - 145 - 149 lbs
Today's Weight - 146 lbs

  Awh honey I am sorry you are struggling...

If I may... completely give up the food(s) that is causing this, strike it from you consumption for as long as possible...

Mine was chocolate, chips and cookies.  I replaced them with raisins and almonds...

Something shifted in me, they don't have a hold on me.  I can go for long periods without them (months), and I can have them now and again and not have them lead to binging and out of control eating and gaining...

Not right now.... but when you are ready, and only if you want to, please share with me what "your foods or beverages" are that are keeping you from getting to that allusive 169 lbs...

I have to say i 100 % agree, the longer you dont have it all the cravings for it go away, and maybe you can substitute it for something you do have control over.

Good morning, All.

Yesterday 128.8
Today 128

I'm finding with the cooler weather that I'm getting less exercise which makes meworried about this winter.  I need to get on a better exercise schedule, or find a walking buddy.  Or both.  

I bought a couple of exercise DVDs this summer that I need to break out.  TIme to do it. !!

Happy Saturday everyone!

Surgery Date: August 12, 2010
Consult Weight: 214
Surgery Weight: 205
Goal Weight: 125 
This morning I weighed in at 119!  

A total of 95 lbs. lost and now a size 4 petite!

Yeehaaawwww!!!  Congrats, could you ever imagine being at such tiny numbers.  Incredible.  You have lost almost half of yourself.
