Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday, 11/5

Can't do the peanut butter, never have eaten peanuts, very allergic. My fav treat in the late evening has been a few walnut halves. I've been adding other extras every day and more on the weekends. 

We are going to Gabriel's in old town Eureka tonight for ****tails (or wine, not sure yet) and dinner. I order the steamed clams from their appetizer menu and sometimes also the carpaccio. It's "Arts Alive" in Eureka tonight, the rain may keep the crowds home, but not us! You two should come and join us! Will be there around 6.

Oh yeah, I think you told me that before about the peanuts. Duh. Dietician told me to eat more nuts to stop weight loss so walnuts and almonds should help.

Sorry I wasn't paying attention soon enough to answer your invitation. sometime I would like to do that. Hubby is 10 days from surgery and doing low carb stuff. Another time. And I don't have names and emails together but I do want to try again to start local support group. maybe we can compile stuff.   Diane

141.2 today! Feeling pretty good. I ate wayyyyy too much junk this week and drank wayyyyyy too much beer and a couple of mixed drinks. Was very stressed out because I lost my dad last weekend. Anyway, I'm at the lowest I've been since high school. Have only dropped two pounds in the last month, but I'm on track and eating right again. My goal weight is 135 and I'm not sure that's as realistic as maybe staying around 140. I feel good right where I am. I guess if my body drops more while I'm eating right, that would be fine. I'm wearing size 6 and sometimes a 4 and really feeling good!! Gonna do a protein shake today for one meal (first shake in over a month) and try to hit the gym. Taking care of my dad took all my time and energy for the past couple months, so I neglected me. It was worth it, though! I spent quality time with him and with my brother. Very rewarding even if it was a sad time.
