post Halloween migraine...my own fault!!

I think I am posting this as a confession!!  Before my vsg I had awful migraines....but those have gotten so much better since my sleeve surgery.  One of the many benefits that I have experienced since losing weight.  I rarely get them now and they are not as bad..so thankful for that!  So on Halloween, I had more chocolate then in a real long time...I mean like since before the sleeve..and the price I paid was a hugh migraine yesterday...ugh!!  I think my body is reminding me that I need to live by the rules everyday...even on Holidays!
Ok..confession done!!  Do not do what I did!  sorry sleeve!!

Oh Yuck!  I hate when I make myself feel bad and I know I could have avoided it.  I'm sorry you had to deal with that migraine.  I haven't had one in 44 years but I still distinctly remember what it felt like.  :(

rats - and i thought chocolate was health food. Sorry you got the headache. At least you know what did it. I didn't buy any choc so I would not be tempted as I would probably have gone overboard on it. Hope you are feeling better today.  Diane
