Good morning Everyone!!! Time to pony up to the scale

Random Thoughts:  
- Grazed to much on Cheese and high sodium Nuts. Think the salt did me in. Still under 200 so I'm happy.

124 lb today. Oh, I guess today is Monday,... not Sunday,
but anyway I'm still the same weight.
