My third grandchild was born yesterday!  I look back at the pictures of when his brother was born 16 months ago, and I am amazed at the difference.  It was so nice not to be a "fat" grandmother in the picture!  So excited for the new baby and so glad I have a lap to hold him and the others in!

I am totally there with you! My second grandchild (princess Pria) was born October 7 and she will only know this healthy and thin Nana.
