hmmm it is ever changing as I lose what I gained.  But right now I am fluctuating in the 147's....  147.2 to 147.8 and I like that.  I think I would be ok with 148.  But not 149 and definately not 150!!!

I used to care more. But then I put on a bunch of muscle and that screwed with my head in regards to what number to see on the scale.

Right now I'm 5 pounds higher than I was before my IM and I am pretty sure it's all fat (or at least mostly fat) so I am trying to have more structure in my day so I can control my eating better. Once I get to where I like what I see in the mirror again, I will figure out a new bubble.

Oh, and I just found out something that I think I used to know but I forgot:

Vitmain Water Zero does not have zero calories!!

A bottle has 40 calories. A bottle of Sobe Lifewater Zero has 60! (I don't usually drink that but it was on sale this week so I picked up a few bottles for variety.)

I have been drinking this stuff like crazy lately because I'm trying to keep bette hydrated and it's been cheaper than Fuze that I used to drink and goes down better than plain water. I think this is part of why I've been having issues with carbs! It actually does have sugar in it. Not a lot, but 10 g per bottle (15 for the Sobe) and it's all sugar, not a complex carb or protein or fat gram to balance out the sugar.

Fuze has 20 calories per bottle and it clearly labeled a such and even says 5% juice on it so there are no surprised. The FDA allows you to say you have 0 calories if the calories are under 25 so Fuze could advertise itself as being Fuze Zero! if they wanted to. I am very happy they do not and think I will write them and tell them so.

I definitely stay within a 2 pound range.  My weight fluctuates from 134-136.  When it goes higher then 136 then I dial it back.  I don't like that my weight fluctuates so much each day.  Yesterday it said 135.2 and today it said 136.6.  I know I didn't gain a 1 1/2 pounds but I can't explain why I have such wild variations.

This journey has taught me that I CAN lose 2 or 3 lbs anytime I want with just a few short term adjustments.

That's empowering.

Trying to lose 50 lbs or 100 lbs is a daunting task, but 2 or 3, I can do standin on my head.

So I think for me, my bubble will be whatever amount I KNOW I can tackle without wondering "IF" I can succeed.

That's interesting that you can lose 2 or 3 lbs easily.  Share with me how you do it?

My bubble is 136 to 138.8.  Would like to lose 2 or 3 to be safely under the 135.

123-130 is honestly my comfort zone, I bounce more around 125-130. If I drop below 123lbs, I purposely eat a bit more, I hit 132 for a couple months last holiday season after just "doing what I want" and then kind of panicked. I allow a solid 5lb bounce between 125-130lbs as a safe feeling.

I dropped all the way down to 119lbs last summer, and was miserable, and did look horrible. I won't ever get below 120 again no matter what.

my range is 123-126, but I always want to stay below my goal wt of 127. If I get up to 126, I usually will log all my food intake for a few days, and get back on track. I like to stay at 124 lb and I do most of the time.

Wishing you all the best, Carol
count your blessings!!!!   At goal weight.   I am 5 ft 3.
