Just kinda wondering where some of you stand on this my "bubble" is about 3 pounds up or down from 150 then I start thinking about what I'm doing or not doing. How far do you let your weight go. I've been told I'm too strict but I NEVER want to go back to where I came from, and i don't think they totally get it. So what's your safe Bubble & am I being to strict

I totally hear you , I too never want to regain again!.  Weighing myself everyday is something that I think really keeps me on tract.  I am a fluid gainer so I can gain a few lbs just with that alone..so that is my reminder to keep drinking my water and that helps.  Also with that time of the month..I can easily gain 4 lbs but then I lose it right away...still fustrates the heck out of me.  So my bubble of comfort is 3 lbs...I prefer 2 lbs but that doesn't always work for me.
I am curious to see how others answer this...who knows if I am doing it right!

great question..thanks for asking it.

My range is 2 lbs, which seems to be working for me. I have been maintaining within a 2 lb window 108-110 lbs, since mid-April. Day to day fluctuations really don't bother me too much. I mark my daily weight on a calendar and look at trends. When I get up to 110-111 lbs, I usually dial back my calories a bit and/or increase the intensity/frequency of my exercise. I am a small person at 4'11" so a five lb range would be too much for me.

I think we have to be somewhat rigid, so that we remain mindful and decrease the potential for gaining weight.

I have the same surgeon as Diane, but he told me 3 -4 lbs variance.  I'm sticking with 2 lbs though, but have only gone up and down about 1 1/2 lbs so far.

I am comfortably anywhere between 103-105 lbs.  Anymore or less then this, I start to look at what I need to change.  I have gone as high as 107 and as low as 101 but both of those are rare for me and are really outliers.  107 scared the bejesus out of me and it took a whole two weeks to get back to comfort weight.  I think that as long as I continue to keep an eye on the scale and eat accordingly, all will be fine.

pretty new to this maintenance stuff. I get a little freaked if I go above 125. I am trying to stay between 123 & 125.
