Hi guys. I need a break. If you don't see me around for a bit, it's just that I am stepping back for a while. I feel like weight and weight related things are just consuming me all the time. I'll be back, just need a break.

I'll miss you. I understand what you are saying. I get that way with my gluten free board. I get consumed with my wheat allergy and sometimes want to think about it less often, so I stop going to the board for awhile.
