Rake the yard. It'll get you out of the house away from food, and it'll burn some calories.  If you don't have a yard to rake, rake an elderly neighbor's yard.

Is this the sort of thing you're looking for?

start a food log each day so you have to plan out what your next meal is going to be in advance

and if your having to log it here, your less likely to run to the sugar if you have to tell us about it

Get all the sweets out of the house!
That's the best thing I can do.  I'm less apt to go buy it but if it's in the house I eat it.  My kids don't need the junk and neither does my husband.  When my husband complains, I tell him he can buy his own "crack" but he just can't put it where I'll find it.  He got mad at me and said I just needed will power and let me tell you, I ripped him a new one!  He hasn't said that to me since.

Here is a fun one---put on your favorite dance music, or something you can really rock to, and dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to jiving around your living room.
