One year picture finally

Thanks everyone.  I'm glad I posted the before picture with it.  It was the first time I really saw the accomplishment of lost weight as well.  It's surreal.  When my kids saw it, they were shocked.  They remarked that I really was fat, but they never saw me as fat back then.  They could see it now though, and were surprised, and very happy that I had lost weight.

You are looking great!  And I noticed a saddle in your before shot.  Are you riding?  I recently rode again for the first time in 30 years and loved it.  I am going to get back to it on a regular basis.   Maybe it will help these flappy thighs of mine!  

Hey Lisa. I rode horses my whole life, but traded them in for ATV's around 8 years ago.  ATV's require so much less care.  Yet, I have fond memories of the 1000 plus miles I rode in that saddle you see.  I could never give up my saddles.  We have 2 in the living room.  I love them. 

I understand what your saying about how horse back riding helps with the inner thigh jiggle, believe it or not, straddling an ATV works too, just not as well. 

I have a friend who is trying to get me back on a horse though................we shall see how well she can talk me into it..................I don't want to own horses again though.  It's way to  much work.
