U rock!!

I haven't posted, because I have been at the same weight all week...196.6...Back to work tomorrow!! Get the body moving!!...I need to get moving at the gym too...I need a gym buddyy!! I need to do a lot of things really...!!!...LOL...Even drinking warer would help!
