WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON !!!!
Sure--fillers--a solution (usually Hyaluronic acid stuff) that a plastic surgeon or a skilled general doctor, will inject around your mouth and nose to remove the "parentheses". Parentheses are the deep wrinkles that befall older people. Fillers puff them out and remove them. They work for about a year, then have to be redone. They are amazing, can really change your appearance. They are done in the office, don't take alot of time, and usually run under $500.00. When you see all the news girls, like on Fox news, and they come back after a long weekend off, and they suddenly look renewed, youthful, and fresh--that is what they have had done--fillers. They can take years off your appearance. I think they only use them around the nose and mouth area, but maybe I am wrong, and they use them too to puff out the eyes. Not sure. Google: plastic surgery fillers. There is a ton of info on them. Cheers!
I couldn't take it. My neck looked just like a turkey's neck and I couldn't handle it so I went off to Mexico and got a face lift. I reallly didn't care about my face so much but it was part of the surgery to get my neck fixed.
It looks great but I don't like the numbness in my face. It's been 5 months now.

I have more wrinkles but less gray hair. It's a good tradeoff.
As for the ass, if you want a nice round one, build up your glute muscles!
In the case of my face sometimes my wrinkles bother me but only the ones around my mouth and only because they are not normal "getting old" wrinkles, which I'm fine with, but they are just extra skin flapping around wrinkles which are just weird looking.

I have been really lucky in that my neck and face have really reacted well to the weightloss--no new wrinkles and my neck is smooth.
My problem area? The skin right below where my butt is supposed to be and the tops of my thighs. UGH! I HATE THE EXTRA SKIN THERE. I can live with the saggy skin on my belly, but honestly, the lose skin on the back of my thighs bothers me ALOT. Over the last year, I have stepped up the exercise (I run, take bootcamp classes, yoga classes, kickboxing, and abs classes). I know my body shape is changing because I get comments all the time lately about how I'm 'shrinking' and getting more toned. The lose skin though? Still hanging around.
I'm trying to determine how much the skin bothers me and what I'm willing to do to correct it. The thought of going through another summer hiding the backs of my thighs, though, makes me want to cry.
