New dress with picture
Went to TJ Maxx today and spent way too much money. I still need a necklace to go with the outfit. The shoes are great but I think they got cropped out of the picture. The belt matches the shoes. fun fun.

I just noticed that your plastics date is Dec 11. You are getting near. You must be excited!
Where did you begin your research? What was your criteria for choosing a dr? Did you negoiate the price?
I am dreaming about it. Not sure I will ever afford it.

Dr. Sauceda's price is so fantastic that I had no need to negotiate. He came in more than $30K less than my local Kaiser or another surgeon that I checked out in San Francisco.
Two people in one of my local support groups used Dr. S and really liked him. Dr. Sauceda has a group on OH and I read everything that I could get my hands on. I've been emailing him for a couple of months and he's always responded within a day, depending on his surgery schedule.
One of the main reasons to chose him is that the surgery includes several days being monitored in the clinic, then the rest of the two weeks is spent at a hotel a few blocks from his office so that he can visit you there daily. His nurse comes every morning to the hotel to help with showering. I wanted to have that type of care for two weeks post op instead of coming home the following day and worrying about everything.
