I've noticed I'm more comfortable wearing bright colors that stand out now, instead of trying to fade into the background.

I'm a sturdy built women too, we have curves, and I can totally relate to your realistic goals. I feel the same way. I am amazed at your transformation. Your stomach is flat, you are curvy, and you look great! Congrats on your success!

I am at Mabry Mill on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It's beautiful all year round, but the Parkway is amazing in fall. Just a gorgeous drive this weekend, blue skies, bright colors. I loved it.
