My one year anniversary
Congrats!!
I'm a little over a year myself.
If you don't mind my asking...what contributed to your re-gain of 6lbs? Was it old habits creeping back in or just an increase in the amount you were eating on a daily basis? Also, how long did it take before it showed up on the scale? I've been stressing the possibility of re-gain a little lately since my hunger seems to be back in full force and my sleeve capacity seems to be a little more here lately.

Congrats Trish! I know the year mark sort of came and went and was kind of anti climatic for me as well...just have been having too much life stuff going on to take the time to reflect on it here at OH.
Anyhow...It sounds like you are in a good place and are able to see the positives that have come with this journey...and success is more then just a number.
I too am a year out and still "overweight" so I can relate to where you are coming from...

Hello almost sleeve sista!
You are right, success is more than a number.
You are another perfect example of success being more than a number. You look thin to me and yet you are also in the "overweight" category, just like me. I'm starting to think my surgeon might know what he is talking about......
Congrats on your one year surgiversary as well.

HI TT
As far as I can see you are doing great. Have lost a great deal of weight and immensly improved your health. Most importantly you can look in the mirror and like what you see and thats an important milestone because some who lose more weight never get to that point. You may be right you are at the correct weight because there are so many variables like bone and muscle and yes, the boob issue. I bet they weigh at least 10 lbs and if it matters to you, look into the br surgery.
I was a slow loser and some months only lost 4 pounds and even at 119 and 5' 4" I still need size 8 even though many other people at my weight and height wear a 2. Its just frame size. I have big feet - size 9 and so some of us are just not made tiny. Bet this is you too.
You are wise to focus on all your health and appearance benefits of which there are many. Number on the scale is irrelevant in view of all those things.
Anyway, congrats on a successful one year journey. You have done well and are 100 % successful in my book. Diane

Frame and size is just so crazy! I am 5'5" and 162 and I am a perfect size 8 and a snug size 6. And yet I feel like I still weigh a TON compared to most folks on here! I would still like to lose at least another 12 pounds to see that damn NORMAL BMI but looks wise I *think* I am ok with where I am...

EXACTLY! Frame and size are all different. You look so good at your current weight, and you are sporting size 6-8, that is amazing!!!!!!! I think you are at goal. To heck with the stupid chart. Let's toss it out the window, or at least take it with a grain of salt.
