Rise and Shine fellow losers.  It's Sunday and time for the weigh-in.  How are those numbers looking today???

The scale hasn't been too good to me lately!  This morning I weighed 125.2 Lbs. That's the same as yesterday I think.  I thought it would be less.  I'm trying to remain calm.  I know I've seen most of you guys go through similar upswings. Things will stabilize eventually.

Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

147.2

Ok I am officially done that losing streak.  Now I will just maintain for awhile.  I will not expect or hope the scale will go down for at least 3 weeks.  AND then I will decide if I want to lose more or stay here...

I am completely pleased with myself for how I have handled the time between my high weight and now.  I am making progress and I don't mean with my weight.

Thanks everyone your encouragement has been priceless!

Cindy

Cindy, so glad that you are making non-weight progress. That will help you more than anything else.

Hi Sweets,

Perhaps you should do what I did.  I stopped worry about it, I stopped trying to lose, I accepted where I was, and I worked to not gain anymore and maintain there...

You can change that once you are ready and lose a few or not, it will be up to you and how you feel.

I find I lose in steps and to work with that has worked well for me.  I take full advantage of the losing time and relax a bit during the maintaining time...

Big hugs,

Cindy
