Mornin' guys.  Mikey is away camping, so it's just us.  Time to weigh in!

I weighed in at 125.4 lbs. this morning.  I'm hoping my upswing comes to an end soon.  This is a fine weight for me, but I'd love to stay down around 123 much better.

147.2

I am a step loser.  I fully expect this run to stop soon, it has slowed now and will stop eventually.  Then I will maintain this weight and see what happens next.  Like I said I am officially DONE and VERY happy if I never lose another pound.  And as many of you know, if I continue to lose now or in my next step cycle I'm ok with that too.

Thanks honey and you will get there.

-  I finally just gave in and gave up my junk food (for the most part, I rarely have it now.)  I was never a volume eater, I gained weight by eating junk pretty much daily...  so this was HUGE!
-  I also only have a snack if I am actually hungry, which is rare.  I used to have one in the morning, afternoon and evening.
-  When I do have a snack I only have a tiny amount, just to take the edge off.
-  I also cut back a bit on my meal amounts, I was bound and determined to get this done once and for all....
-  I also started walking again.  FINALLY!!  Not 3-4 miles a day like I used to... perhaps a mile of so, but at least I am moving again and so is the scale.

I am thrilled with how the scale respoded.  I am thrilled with me, I did not get discouraged when the scale was not moving.  I just kept doing what I knew I needed to do, and tweaking things, and then away it went.

It is all up to YOU my dear.  You know what to do, do it.  I feel sooooooooo much better with the extra weight back off.

I will be cheering you on every step of the way my sweet friend.

Big long friendship hugs,

Cindy
