118.5 today. feeling good. getting over fear that a new med was causing me weight gain. I can manage it and realize everybody goes up and down a couple of pounds all the time. Diane

Started back at Curves. When I tried the 'real' gym last month, I wrenched my back. So, after a month or so off of exercise, I'm back at Curves. Will get back to 3 times a week and go from there.

Last weigh in was Thursday, 10/06, at 124.8.

Today, after being gone for a week and not exactly eating on program, I weigh 124.4.
Wow, I love my sleeve!

Now back to my normal eating and trying to add some good calories. Though I did enjoy the dirty martinis my son made for me.
