Are you doing any strength training? If so, this can up your caloric need.

How much loose skin do you have?

Do you have dietician that you can talk to?

Hi Gail,
I do lift weights.  I shoot for twice a week.  Would like to do 3 but 2 times is about it.  I haven't seen my nutritionist in a few months mainly because I don't think she's very helpful.  Now that I'm further out she doesn't have much advice to give.  I usually turn here because I find everyone to be so helpful.  

Also, I took your suggestions to heart so right now I'm snacking on a turkey slice wrapped around a cheese slice with a couple ritz crackers.  I'm also going to have my nightly protein hot chocolate but I'm going to add an extra portion of protein mix.
