Thanks so much, it feels good, real gooooooood!  My goal is to stay under 150 for life.  I cannot express how much better I feel and look at this weight.  I love how my body feels, clothes fit, and what I see in the mirror.  I have arrived.  I truley believe I have succeeded. 

"If I never lose another pound I will 'still' be happy"  and you know what?  I mean that!  I am thrilled, this is a turning point, a milestone, a success...

Thanks for stopping by, you are a sweetheart, I noticed after you sent me my note you did not put your weight in, thanks for taking the time honey, I really appreciate it.

  I love it when this kind of thing happens, it will boost you while you get serious, and puts you well on your way.
