Vitamin Question?

Hi Everyone!
I'm just wondering...
I'm ordering some new vitamins and thought I would try the Bariatric Advantage Chewable Multi-vite.
My question is...if the multi already has high levels of B1, B2, and B12, should I be suplementing with another B sublingual or will the multi give me enough? Are the B vitamins a concern if you take too much? I know you run that risk with Iron, just wondering if the same is true for the B's?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I think this is how it goes:

B-12 need something in the stomach to absorb, and we no longer have it (intrinsic factor?).  That is why sublingual, right into the bloodstream is recommended.  Or you can get shots, that's what i do.
The b-12 in the multi won't be absorbed.

I think for b1 and b2 you just need more than the vitamin in the multi offers.

You can always go to vitalady's page for more details.  You can email her too with questions.
