1 year today!
I'll post something longer with pics (probably next week when I return from my conference trip...as I'm currently typing this in the Montreal airport)...but I just wanted to give a shout out to all of you vets who have been so amazing to me this past year.
Without your help, guidance, encouragement and advice, there is no way that I would have been this successful. I'm down 125ish pounds in a year. and I'm still having trouble grasping that concept!
Within the next year, I hope to lean out some more, but even if that doesn't happen, I'm perfectly content to stay where I am. This sleeve has given me my life back. and I can't wait to continue living it!
Thanks and many hugs to all!

Congratulations!! You must be really thrilled. I am really happy
for you. After I got to my 1 yr mark, I continued to lose for a few more months very slowly, but I was not really trying by then, since I had reached my goal weight. I lost down to 121 which is 6 lb below goal. Have settled around 124 to 125 most of the time now. Point is, if you kept trying, you would probably "lean down" as you say, a good bit more.
You have done great!!!
