Really would like to be at 175 at my 1 yr appt on 10/19...   Kinda a lofty goal but I am really increasing protein and dropping carbs because the moment I go over 60 g carb I either stall or go up a bit... so at least until I hit goal I am keeping it low!   :-)   Amy
