I am moving soon and this - like holidays and road trips - is a time when I have been in the habit of eating crap and way too much of it.

lot of excuses : busy, stress, chaos, everything is in boxes, fridge not plugged in. and so on!

so I am being mindful of that and ramping up the planning: I can have healthy food choices available and I will.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
