I went out last night to listen to great Blues legend and had a glass of wine followed later by poki sushi. I find that when I eat more than 30% of my calories after 8 PM, I seem to retain the weight more then next morning. Woke up today at 104.2 lbs. I can live with that. I am having another clean eating day today just because I feel like it.

I think it is a good idea. There is more and more research coming out that shows that late night eating is correlated with weight gain. My doctor tells us that this is not the case, but I am reading this new research and it seems to agree with my own experience. In any case, the research is pointing to large percentage of calories being consumed at night, not necessarily a small snack. It seems to be interconnected with our hormones. I will find and post of the research, it is quite interesting.
