103.8 today.  I am in my happy zone again. Yay!  Laura was a huge help to me as she reminded me to drink more tea in the evening.  This really helped.  Thank you Laura.

What type of tea do you drink? I've been drinking chai with milk and love it!

I make a chai tea with low carb vanilla soy milk and splenda.  I love it too.  It really cuts my head hunger in the evenings.

Yay Elina, that's great!!!  I have a friend who got sleeved 5 months ago and we were talking yesterday and I was telling her how I'm rarely hungry even this far out.  And she said It's because you're always drinking.  You know what, she's right, but I hadn't realized the correlation!  It's just such a habit now.  She's still at the "struggling to get it all in" phase and finds herself hungrier on days where she hasn't done well with fluids.  So there is definitely something to it!
