- Another new low...I guess i'm not done yet
- Strange thing is I feel pretty good...Last time I got this low I didn't feel that great.
- Still want to get back to the gym. I need Muscle. My work project is over as of next week. Hopping that will get me in gear as I should have more time on my hands.

I am still at 105 this morning and am a bit frustrated with that number. Don't get me wrong, 105 lbs. is a great weight for me to be, but I have actively been trying to make it go down to 103 for the past few days, and usually, it just falls off, but not this time. I always remember Lizanne's words to me, that eventually it gets harder to "just do the right thing". I know she is telling the truth and I wonder if I have hit that "eventually". Mornings are no problem, but evenings have gotten harder. I think I need to make another pot of chili or more precisely, I need to beg my husband to make his chili for me, and eat that when I am hungry. It is only about 100 cals. and is full of veggies.
