Time for me to come clean and start over!
I have managed to gain 28lbs from my lowest post surgery weight. I have gone back on shakes and have managed to drop about 6lbs in the last two weeks.
I am posting this so I won't feel like I am hiding or lurking. I need support, have been getting it in a bag of cookies with Nutella spread over them!
So I am going to follow in the footsteps of my brave friends and be accountable and post almost everyday until I am under 150 again.
I could go over all my excuses why I let this happen, but that won't do me any good. I am going to focus on one meal at a time, one hour at a time, until I can get to one day at a time.

Just wanted to say good for you for trying to do something now and not wait until it is 58 lbs. You will get there...one day at a time. Do you still feel good restriction if you do the protein first rule? (I am curious) We are here for you...so please do post often and get that support that you need. good luck to you...you can do it!!

Hey good for you, you are on the right track. Its so easy to make a misstep or two in this lifelong journey and nothing to feel bad about. Just get back on track and you are doing it. If you go through the older posts on this group you will find many many threads exactly like yours of people who have had a little regain and are taking care of it. You might take time to look at some because the responses contain lots of insight. So keep doing what you are doing and check in often. You have had success and you can get where you want to be. we support you. Diane
