I agree with everybody else.  Stay the course.  I would only encourage you to become extra focused and diligent in your calorie journaling.  In your situation, I would become extra careful to know EXACTLY how many calories and carbs I was taking in.  By doing this, I would have a great idea a month or two down the road, about the calories and carbs my body can handle.  I would make adjustments depending on what the scale and the journal told me.  The beautiful thing about having a sleeve is that it is a PERMANENT tool.  It will always be there for you.  This means that even if you don't have it just right, you can make adjustments and the weight will come off again.  You can do this.

Is there a reason for this change in exercise? If it's a time management thing, there are ways to increase the intensity of your exercise so that you can burn the same amount of calories in less time. If it's an injury, then that makes it harder.

Also, there are things you can do to increase the number of calories you burn outside of exercise. Strength training does that. So does things like standing up to take phone calls, making extra trips to the bathroom at work, taking a walk break every hour or two, walking to meetings in far buildings instead of calling in to them, parking your car farther out in the parking lot (which also helps it get less dings).

Thanks Diane, Elina and MacMadame---as well as everyone else

I'm going to stay the course and continue with the plan that has been successful---
----I am going to add the strength training at home and continue with my journaling. I do have daily stats since day 1 or at least since I changed over my software choice.
----I'm going to add in those little changes suggested by MacMadame---parking further away, doing the stairs instead of elevator, etc.

MacMadame---Change in exercise---No injury but a financial decision and I did have to think about it before I made the extra work commitment. (I'm semi-retired but usually work from home. Took a contract that requires 3 days in an office from 9-9. Had to go with the $$$)

Thanks all--I appreciate the responses.

9-9? Ouch!

I hope if you get used to strenth training you will like it more. It feels really good to see muscle, plus all the added benefits it brings.

As far as  your eating goes, I can't see it being anymore perfect than it is.
