Sacramento Baking Company -- Italian Pizza Bagel -- 24g protein!!

My manager brought in these bagels in today and I looked at the nutrition label and was surprised. It does have 300 calories, 4.5 fat, and 35g carbs but also has 24 grams protein! But they are pretty big in size. They are absolutely to die for in taste. I called the bakery directly to make sure it was not a misprint and I talked to Sam who said that they had it lab tested and was correct. He says they get calls all the time because of it. I am told its the protein in the flour they use. They are sold at Raleys/Belair and in Sacramento Farmer Markets.
