Just keep doing what you're doing. Your body may just be trying to adjust and it will let loose in a few days. Remember, it takes an extra 3,500 calories to gain a pound, so at this point, it's probably just a little water retention. Think about what you have eaten and how much sodium was in those foods. It can sure make a big difference!
I understand the frustration but even with 3lbs of water retention your still losed a good emount of weight so far...
your body as it drops fat will fill the fat cells with water. so when your body realises it wont need it and releases it you should see another drop..
