Wow Mike, you're teetering on your low end again.  Doing anything special, or it's just creeping down lately?
This morning I weighed 120.6 lbs. which makes me very happy.
Sometimes I wonder if the barometric pressure, or cycles of the moon, or whatever, don't influence the scales a bit .  Whatever it is, I'll take it.  The happy dance continues!

Barometric pressure, cycles of the moon???...well I hadn't thought of that, LOL.  Maybe it's the way we sneak up on the scale.  Who knows.  But it is different every day...enough to drive you bat **** crazy!!!

Combination of two things I changed my diet a bit so I'm not eating as much eggs and cheese in the process I think I lowered the amount of calories I consumed. The latter wasn't intentional It's just been a super busy week and the day goes by so fast that I haven't been eating the snacks that I ussually eat.

Going to have Pizza for dinner. I'm sure that will add some weight to my bones.

109.3 this AM

ate more yesterday, but not 3,500 cal worth. The day to day fluctuations are mostly due to fluid shifts and I did eat some cheese yesterday, which is high in sodium. I look more at the weekly or monthly trends, so that I don't drive myself crazy.
