VSG Maintenance Group
Hey Ladies I can't get over how the remaining fat re-distributes...
Well no one deserves that more than you, girlie, girl! Woo Hoo! I hope that happens to me. I'm wondering if VS sells tube bras, cuz that's what I need.
What a wonderful thing to look at yourself nekked and like what you see! It's also a good sign that you're coming out of that funk. Always a good thing!!!

Hey Cindy, Good for you! Its a big deal to get to a goal weight of some sort but its a completely different and equally important big deal to be happy with the way you look and in many ways more important! Congrats on achieveing this and hold the thought and save this thread and review from time to time. Lookin good and feeling like you do is so important. Lots of us get this weight off and still are way too self critical of our sags or this or that little flaw. We gotta stop that. We are all indeed goddesses and should behave as such. glad your hubby agrees. now go out and do some goddess stuff like demanding worship from everyone! WE all bow to you for your personal discovery. Diane
Hi Cindy,
When I read your posting, I started smiling and thought, "She is getting better." It takes a lot of internal changes to get to the point where you are at now. Kudos to you!!! Being kind to ourselves, when we have such a long history of being self-critical, is a journey in, and of itself. I think that this may be one of the keys to long term successful maintenance. The more self-regard that we have for ourselves, the more that we will work at maintaining our progress.
For example, last week I was agitated about something going on at work, and instead of turning to the mindless eating of food, I went to the Department Chief and aired my thoughts on a conflict. He listened, but more important, I confronted the situation head on, and worked out my agitation at a Spin Class that night. How is that for change? I kept my power and didn't give it away to food or anything else.
Keep your power!!! You are worth it!!! You do look good!!
Gail

Nice to hear!
I don't sleep naked because any breeze on my skin however slight makes me cold. But my scale requires weighing while naked to do the body fat % and other stuff besides weight. So I get naked every day and I have to pass by a mirror to get to my scale. So I usally stop to admire. LOL
