Turning 60 while not fat
Happy Belated Birthday Diane! I can so relate to your post. I went to New Orleans last October to celebrate my 60th with my son. It was such a joy to feel so fit and happy. Life is so much easier now, isn't it? Enjoy your year and good luck to your DH!

Congratulations Diane on turning 60, but getting 10 years added to your life. I turned 60 last month, and can identify with many of the thoughts and feelings you expressed.
