what food makes you fart the most?

goober!

see, when I was getting pretty seriously into donuts & cookies there for awhile I did not notice an increase in fartiness.

I'm thinking it's fiber.

going to run an oatmeal test today

The fat in the donuts and cookies helps the simple sugars not be absorbed as quickly. So that's probably why they don't make you toot.

I actually am not nearly as embarrassed by the tooting as long as it isn't a stinky one.

I kind of "poot" like stepping on a small duck. usually I don't mind but yesterday the smell favor really increased.

so what I should have posted was What Food Makes you Fart the Stinkiest - that's really my issue.

Oh my God Jackie...my granddaughter asks me if I have a duck in my butt whenever I fart! And I can't figure the hell out what causes me to do it. And they stink to high heavens. Even my dogs run away! Some days are horrible and some are not. I think to much whey can do it to me.

A great question because in the past three months or so I have been extremely farty.

I think the rise in fartiness dovetails with a fairly large increase in salad intake. I'm blaming it on the veggies.
