I really need help.. am in a bad place

 Thanks, but my insurance is horrible and it was near impossible to find one who would even take it.. I do not want the rny either, i think it would stretch out more  than a sleeve ever could, and i guess you can outeat anything if you pick slider foods and try hard enough.. I am here and trying, i guess that is what counts.. thanks
