I have been using Bariatric Advantage chewables and forget them all the time. i have to work on that , but the doctor told me there are capsules that you don't have to take as many times a day.. Just wanted to see what everyone uses..  my hair could sure use some help. :)  thanks again

i take cheap kids chewables from costco  twice a day. needed chewables early after surgery and never changed to adult pills which i hate. my 12 month labs were perfect.  and my hair is good but I did take biotin from 3 to 6 months to help with relatively minor hair loss.  plenty of protein i think is good for hair.   Diane

Thank you Diane.. which ones do you use from costco? I have never looked at them when i am in there.. they have put such emphasis on vitamins i can barely afford and to top that off, my labs aren't great but probably  because i forget.. what do you do for calcuim, etc.. Do you mind telling me your whole regimine..  thanks so much

I did chewables in the beginning until I ran out.  I get all my vitamins from the Vitamin Shoppe and for the most part I use their brand.

I get most of my vitamins at Costco also.  I take the Mature Multi, 2 daily, 1600 - 1800 of Calcium citrate daily, 2000 IU of D and a B12 sublingual 500 mg 3 times a week.  If you are younger, you could take the regular multivitamin.

I took the Centrum chewable for a long time, but switched to the Costco vitamins recently.  I have to break everything but the D and B12 in half since they are so big.  I have trouble swallowing the big pills.

I have a pill box for each day and load them once a week.  That way, I make sure to take everything every day.  Otherwise I forgot to take them all.  This way, I'm more organized and can't forget.  My one year labs were good and I want to keep them that way.

Centrum adult multi vitamins (chewable) taken twice a day,
B12 sublingual taken 3x per week
And on occasion I add iron and calcium chews, but they tend to upset my stomach.

I drink celebrate ens shakes for my multi- i like the taste and it hels my fluid/protein intake. I take lemon calcium chewy bites as dessert (lol). I take omega-3 chews and vitamin D chews. I take iron because I am anemic (and was before VSG)..

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
