Questions about B Vitamins & Getting Lab Work done
Cindy- your B12 level on your labs was amazing. I see no sign that you need to supplement your Bs more than what you get in your multi based on your labs.
Now, the Bs are water-soluable so nothing bad will happen to you if you supplement with them when you don't need to. But why make expensive pee when you can use that money for something else?

I feel kind of foolish, but do we really need sublingual B-12? I have always taken regular pill form. I thought that we were ok with that since we absorb everything?Nice to see you back, Cindy!
