Here's my number today: 122.6 lbs. This is driving me nuts!!!!! My weight has been slowly creeping up this last week. Like the rest of you, I'm TERRIFIED of regain. My calories have been up, so I'm sure that's the explanation. But they've only been up to maybe 1100-1300/day. That's not that much! Maybe my body is readjusting from the losing phase? Don't know, but I know it scares the stuffing out of me! Truth is, only I can turn this around.

What I found to be helpful, is exercise, strength training, and increasing the intensity and frequency of the exercise. If you have only been doing one type of exercise, it is time to mix it up, and do something different. Your body gets used to certain activities and doesn't work as hard. Thus, less calories are burned. Your caloric intake isn't too much, but maybe your exercise needs some tuning up. JMHO.

Hey Marie! 1100-1300 calories is really not that much. Maybe look at the sodium intake on those calories? I could def be wrong but I'm one of the unfortunate ones that has to watch my sodium intake because I retain fluid like crazy! If my sodium intake is over 2000 for several days, it's nothin for me to "gain" 5 lbs in water weight. Once I go below 2000 and up my water intake to greater than 80 oz then normally that 5 lbs is gone with in a couple of days. Just a thought!!

adding resistive exercise today, if only a wee bit.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

119.5 which is ok.  Interestinly, weighed myself last night on veternarian scale. Dogs had close encounter of the worst kind with a skunk. But it didn't smell like skunk, an odor I know well. It smelled like chemical solvent so we rushed to vet thinking of poison. Vet was very kind, gave us a deoderizer and didn't charge us. it was a bizarre adventure. Today I am still trying to deoderize dogs and house. Yuk.   Diane
