Yesterday's  Weight - 203.7 Lbs
Today's Weight - 201.6 Lbs
Gain/Loss -  - 2.1 Lbs

Good morning Everyone!!! Time to pony up to the scale

Random Thoughts:  
- Have Docotors appointments today. Can't wait to see results of my Labs.
- Glad i'm on the low end of my range for my visit.

For me, I weighed 122.1 lbs. this morning.  Not thrilled.  I like the 121's for some odd reason.  Maybe I should get my butt off the computer and on my bike!

My 6 month check up was yesterday. I weighed 212 which is a loss of 85.6 lbs. Labs were all good. Don't have to see the doctor for 6 more months. I'm closing in on my goal of 185lbs.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

119,5  yesterday's unwelcome pound went bye bye. who knows what causes these changes? gravitaional annomolies? sun spots? gremlins in the scale? oh well, better than yesterday.  Everybody else, you are all doing great!   this daily posting is really helpful to me. thanks Mikey and others for doing it.   Diane
