Today's Weight - 203.5 Lbs

128!  Love that number after a weekend spent whitewater rafting and indulging in some extra carbs of the alcohol variety. .  My range is 125-130 so 128 is VERY ok with me!

I'm going to start tracking my food again so I can lose a little more.  I'll try going back in the gym this week.  I strained some muscles in my back last week with my first workout.  Not so good.

Well, I knew it would happen but that doesn't make it any easier. I was sitting at 149.5 Thurs-Mon, but I consider Tues my official weigh days so I didn't count it.

Today: 151.5.

Ugh.

Yet another week above that illusive 150...

HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.
