What would YOU do?
i started at 5'4 when i started and it wasnt until i moved to the east coast and got a new dr that i was re measured and they said i was 5'3 so maybe i had fat feet???
I know the weight my surgeon was basing her weight on was the starting height not if we lost height, if i hadnt of moved id not have known id even lost height as they weighed me but didnt take my height again. same as my pcm they weighed me every visit, but did not take my height every time..... so i do not think your cheating...

I'd say, go for feeling good, whatever that is. The most important part of this journey aside from the health benefits is to feel good about ourselves after all those years of self-trashing.
I'm 5'4 but continue to ask them to measure me at Kaiser, just in case I grew. At 60, highly unlikely! So I probably should stop before they suddenly say I'm 5'3"! :)

BMI is just a number based on a number on the scale. It isn't the be-all and end-all of health or normality.
For example, when my BMI was normal, I was still overweight. But other people have a BMI of overweight and look great. Also, if you put on weight by adding muscle, you are healthier but your BMI is higher. But you'd be crazy to lose that muscle because you'd be less healthy and your clothes wouldn't fit as well.
So, given all that... I say do what you want! The important thing is to be healthy and happy.

Wanda, you look absolutely fantastic as you are now. I would not lose more unless you want to. I think that it is not cheating to count your height 5 4 instead of 2 inches shorter. Do you believe their measurements? Have you measured on your own? I don't always trust them to measure the way that I would. Their gadgets don't always work the way that they are supposed to. Call me paranoid, but I would measure anyway.
