stomach problem

I went to my wls office Tuesday. I was showing him my stomach on my left hand side after I eat it starts to bulge out. It does not hurt I call it my little alien. I was told I have lost weight some times this happens but i have not heard of this on the OH boards yet.

I was told it is fine it is not stretching my stomach when I press on the side it starts to go away. It is so strange. I sure hope I get use to this I do not like the feeling of it when it starts to grow. At first another doctor told me it was a hernia but that is wrong no hernia. I do have a hernia in my groin and was told that only 3 percent of women get this kind of hernia. If strange things happen to women I am the one to get it.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Although you say it isn't one, it sounds similar to the hernia I have right in the middle of my abdomen, right under my sternum.  Most of the time I'm not aware of it, but if I strain (or eat too much, heh heh), it starts to bulge.  My PCP said that often overweight people develop them, and it really isn't anything to worry about at this point.

I had  ct scan with contrast and they say no hernia on left hand side of stomach. I do have one in my groin they say. So I have no idea what it is.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.
