- Still on the upward trend...
- Going to give it one more day then back to basics.
- I like being between 200 - 203...Thinking I may change my range to reflect those numbers.

134.8 when my "goal" weight has always been 135. yet my jeans are too tight. I could change my goal but I don't think I will - plan to just continue not thinking the scale is a good measure for me.
today: keep the coffee down to plan, bring good food to work and lots of it.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
PM me if you are interested in either of these.
size 8, life is great
I am down to 103 even this morning. I am struggling to keep the weight on these days. I have once again completely lost my hunger and it's hard to remember to get the calories in that I need. This happened right after I started taking iron. I am becoming more and more convinced that for me, there is some type of interaction between iron and hunger. My hunger had originally disappeared after surgery only to return about eight months later. I am beginning to think that that was the time I started to become iron deficient and now when I started to take iron, the hunger once again went away. I can't seem to find any research that would support my claim, and I am only using correlation not experimentation and I am the only research subject on this. So of course my results can't be generalized. However, it's been a few weeks now and the correlation is very strong for me. Nothing else has changed in my eating or my life to warrant this dramatic change in hunger. If you have any ideas for me, please share.
