Daily Maintenance Weigh-In for Saturday Sat. 8/27
weigh 123 today.
Praying for those in the path of the storm!!!
Getting ready for my screening colonoscopy on Monday. I work in the dept where we get all the patients ready for these and also recover them after. The average weight loss from the colonoscopy prep is 4 lb, but many people easily regain this after. Some don't. If I lose 8 more lb, I will join the Century club. That may be too much weight off, but I think I will go back on plan for wt loss, and see how it goes. I have a little belly fat that I could stand to lose, but no confidence that I will lose it there even if the 8 lb does come off.
Will start the clear liquids and the cleanse tomorrow.
